Mubasher: Islamic Holding Group shareholders will meet on 6 October to discuss a capital increase of 50% to QAR 60 million, according to a bourse filing.

The company will raise its capital through offering 2 million shares for subscription at nominal value of QAR 10 plus an issue premium of QAR 40 each.

Shareholders will thereafter amend article 6 of the articles of association after finalizing the capital increase. The amendment will be made so as to reflect the increase in the issued capital amounting to QAR 60 million, divided on 6 million shares at QAR 10 par value each.

The ordinary general meeting will be postponed to 12 October in case of incomplete forum.
